Pillar Two · Find Your Direction
The Four C's of Navigation™
Once you know the season you're in, you need a way to move through it on purpose. The Four C's are the working instruments of migration — how you orient, choose, and correct course without forcing the weather.
Clarity
See what is actually here.
Before you can choose a direction, you have to tell the truth about where you are. Clarity is the steady, non-judgmental look at your current season — what is real, what is ending, what is asking to begin.
Name one thing about your current season you have been politely refusing to see.
Compass
Know what you're moving toward.
Your compass is the small set of values and commitments that orient you when conditions change. Not a five-year plan — a felt sense of true north that survives weather.
Write the three values you want to navigate the next ninety days by.
Course
Choose the next intentional step.
A course is a working hypothesis, not a vow. You set it, you walk it, and you correct it as the terrain reveals itself. Migration is course correction over time — small, faithful adjustments rather than grand pivots.
Pick the one next step that would be hard to regret, and take it this week.
Companions
Travel with the right people.
No one migrates alone. Companions are the people, practices, and supports that keep you honest, regulated, and moving. Choosing them well is itself an act of navigation.
Name one companion to lean on this season — and one relationship to gently put down.
The rhythm
Clarity → Compass → Course → Companions.
Run the loop whenever the wind shifts.
From direction to daily practice.
Once your direction is set, the PRII Cycle™ is how you actually move — one intentional loop at a time.
