Pillar Three · Move with Intention
The PRII Cycle™
Pause. Release. Intend. Integrate. The daily mechanics of migration — a small, repeatable loop that turns awareness and direction into embodied change.
Pause
Slow down enough to feel the truth.
Pause is the on-ramp to every intentional act. Before you react, decide, or push, you stop long enough to notice what is actually happening — in your body, your nervous system, and your environment.
One conscious breath before the next decision today.
Release
Let go of what is in the way.
Release is the deliberate loosening of a grip — on an old story, a held breath, a clenched plan, a borrowed expectation. You can't intend cleanly while you're holding onto what already isn't working.
Name one thing you are gripping. Open your hand for the length of one exhale.
Intend
Choose the next honest move.
Intention is small, specific, and present-tense. Not a vow about your whole life — a clear answer to: 'What is the next faithful action available to me, right now, with what I actually have?'
Say the intention out loud in one sentence before you act.
Integrate
Let the change become you.
Integration is the quiet, often unseen work of letting an intentional act re-pattern you. It's rest, reflection, repetition. Without it, insight stays a flash; with it, insight becomes a way of moving.
At day's end, name one thing today taught you and one thing it asked you to keep.
The rhythm
Pause → Release → Intend → Integrate → Pause again.
Not a checklist. A breath you keep taking.
Capture the cycle as you live it.
The Migration Field Guide™ is where each loop becomes a log — the tangible captain's log of your migration.
